Appy Bonsai is especially proud to announce its partnership with Bonsaï Shō 2026, which will take place on June 13 and 14, 2026 at the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, the largest Japanese garden in Europe.
Considered one of the most prestigious bonsai events in France, Bonsaï Shō returns this year for its 14th edition, held under the official patronage of the Embassy of Japan in France, a particularly rare distinction that highlights the cultural significance of this event. Bonsaï Shō 2026 will feature a juried bonsai exhibition, ensuring visitors discover some of the most remarkable trees displayed in France. This year, Switzerland is the guest of honor, with the participation of three leading European artists: Enzo Ferrari, Nicola Crivelli, and Patrick Hêche. The program also includes lectures, demonstrations, introductory workshops, and a large professional village bringing together growers, potters, ceramic artists, and bonsai specialists. The fact that Appy Bonsai has been selected as a partner for this exceptional edition represents an important recognition for our team. We warmly thank the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier for its trust and confidence.
For the occasion, Appy Bonsai will be present at the exit of the main exhibition marquee with an exceptional booth, specially designed to welcome visitors throughout the weekend.
We will also provide a free photographic tokonoma, allowing every visitor who purchases a tree during the exhibition to take a high-quality photograph in a setting inspired by traditional Japanese displays. Everyone will be able to leave with a beautiful image showcasing their new acquisition.
To extend the experience beyond the exhibition, Appy Bonsai will also offer 3 months of Appy Bonsai Premium to all Bonsaï Shō 2026 visitors. This exclusive offer will allow users to freely explore all advanced features of the application and begin building the history of their trees under the best possible conditions.
We look forward to meeting bonsai enthusiasts from across France and exchanging ideas with them during what is already shaping up to be one of the highlights of the European bonsai calendar in 2026.
See you on June 13 and 14, 2026 at the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier.
